The natural environment, or natural world, encompasses all living and non-living things that occur naturally. The term is most often applied to the Earth or some parts of Earth. The environment involves the interaction of all living species, climate, weather and natural resources that affect human survival and economic activity. Discuss with your groupmates how human interaction with nature can affect major compartments of the environment (lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere)
